Had to proctor a test. 2 1/2 hours staring into space.
The invigilators in my (many) exams tend to pass the time by sneaking books in under the table, or sharpening their oragami skills.
Gave blood for the first (and perhaps last) time. Four or five people came, gave blood, and went, in the time it took me to squeeze out a pint. When I finally got up, my co-workers cheered.
*winces* I'm doing that soon. Take pride in knowing that you're helping someone to live. :)
On the other hand, Sharyn November is going to send me some books!
