Your Result: Literature Nerd

Does sitting by a nice cozy fire, with a cup of hot tea/chocolate, and a book you can read for hours even when your eyes grow red and dry and you look sort of scary sitting there with your insomniac appearance? Then you fit this category perfectly! You love the power of the written word and it's eloquence; and you may like to read/write poetry or novels. You contribute to the smart people of today's society, however you can probably be overly-critical of works. It's okay. I understand.

Wow. Sort of like being in a candy shop ... what to read first ?!?!?

I took the quiz and guess what? Science Nerd.

Science Nerd.

No surprise there. I should be higher in music and lower in drama. But the music questions were about playing an instrument rather than music appreciation. I suppose I am somewhat of a drama queen, though.

I like the candy shop analogy.

Lucky duck. :-)

Wolf Tower sounds really good. I'm embarrassed to admit that I've not read anything by Tanith Lee.

I read the first Wolf Tower book years ago and really liked it. I also read Piratica and liked it, though not as much, and then I was looking at what else she had written and went "D'oh! No wonder I like this so much!"

Wow, you are RICH now.

I hope we hear what you think of those...I want to know about Tam Lin and MoonFlash.
Hmm. Most of the others, too. Update me, at least, as you go!

Meriel of Redwall was probably one of my favorites; I bought a whole run of them when I was around 13. Recently only Rakkety-Tam, because That Name! I'll read a book just to hear "Rakkety-Tam" and "Wild Doogy Plumm" in my head.

I brought those two home! How did you know? Along with A Tough Guide to Fantasyland, which my cat has decided he LOVES. He won't leave it alone. He sniffs and sniffs it.

It usually isn't a favorable sign when a cat thinks something smells good. Usually that means it's really stinky. But I can't smell anything. I'm stumped.

Oh, and I've only read Redwall. I read it because I had to--never a good thing, for me--and didn't much care for it. It's surprisingly bloodthirsty.

Heh heh. Why do you think Wildcat likes it?

I heart Wildcat. :)

Tam Lin: Fantastic beginning, good middle that becomes way too uninformative after you've read the end, which is REALLY SHORT. If it had another hundred pages to it I wouldn't complain.

My youngest sister really likes Redwall. Middle Sister and I didn't read them as much (I read Redwall when I was fourteen or fifteen, and liked it, but I couldn't really get into the next one, so I dropped it).

you know, that sounds pretty much right on target.
