[personal profile] emmaco!  I finally bought a passionfruit!

It's not much to look at, is it?

So, what exactly should I do with it now?

Passionfruit are great! They taste wonderful with white chocolate mousse. Otherwise, just slice it in half, and eat the seeds and syrup inside. Not much to look at, but it tastes great. Or at least, i think so. :)

Ok, thanks, Ro. I'll give it a try. Wish I had some white chocolate mousse, but I'll have to eat it without. Good thing the store put stickers on them that said "ripe when wrinkled." Otherwise I would have thought there was something wrong with it.

It hasn't inspired me with much passion about it so far. :)

:) I think with me it was that the fruit reminded me of the passion flowers which used to grow outside my grandparent's house. Passion flowers are beautiful, and smell divine:

:) But I can see how people might not enjoy the fruit. They are quite tangy, and they look a little odd.

Wow. Those are beautiful. I don't think I've ever seen any. I'll let you know about the fruit.
